What sets the series apart
The pressure decides.
A liquid cylinder is a pressure vessel: the internal pressure pushes the liquid nitrogen through the hose, with no tipping or ladling. Higher pressure means a heavier cylinder. The 3 nitrogen series of the range, drawn to scale:

Pressure ratings
LP, PB, MP or HP
The two letters at the end of the model name are the pressure rating. It sets the pressure at which you draw liquid nitrogen.
- LP · Low pressure, 1.5 barLow operating pressure for applications without special pressure needs, for example filling vessels. Pressure builds from natural evaporation, so pressure build-up takes longer.
- PB · Pressure building, 1.5 barFor fast withdrawal: the integrated pressure building actively creates working pressure when needed, so liquid nitrogen is ready quickly.
- MP · Medium pressure, 15.9 barMedium pressure for connected devices and systems that need an increased inlet pressure.
- HP · High pressure, 24 barHigh pressure for applications that need a high inlet pressure.

Reading a model name
AC 240 HP, decoded.
Every name follows the same pattern: size in litres, then the pressure rating. AC 180-26" PB is the wide, low version with a 26-inch body.

What the numbers mean in daily use.
Pressure is the tool
Liquid comes out at 1.5 bar, as gas if needed. Choose the rating by the inlet pressure of your devices, not by size.
On castors, but heavy
Empty weight is 73 to 190 kg, filled up to 379 kg. Castors move it on a level floor; for ramps and vehicles, use the trolley from the accessories.
Filling and connection
Cylinders are filled from a tanker or a bulk tank. Transfer hoses, phase separators and pressure regulators are in the accessories finder.
